1. Which browser should I use?
PeopleSoft recommends Internet Explorer . If you are on the Windows platform, you should be using Internet Explorer 6.0.28.00 or higher. If you are on the Macintosh platform and using OS 7, 8, or 9, you should download and install Internet Explorer Version 5.1.7 from here. If your are using OS X, you should download and install Internet Explorer Version 5.2.3 from here.
Apple Macintosh users: If you choose to use Mozilla FireFox (which is compatible with PeopleSoft functionality), see FAQ #10 below for printing issues. Do not use Safari. It is inconsistent with PeopleSoft funtionality, at best.
